Weekly Challenge (Leg/Cardio Focus)

Set your timer to ‘beep’ every 10 seconds

Complete 4 high knees and 3 jump squats on each beep for 2 minutes

 

Complete this workout three times this week.

The first few rep’s won’t seem too bad but wait until you get close to the 2 minute mark. If you want to push yourself even more add on an extra minute! :)
