Weekly Challenge (Arms)

If you want to get sexy toned arms,

you need to focus on your triceps!

Complete this challenge 3 times this week


30 seconds dips,

30 seconds toe touches (or hold)

Repeat :)


If you want to make this harder add an extra set (come on, just try adding the extra – you’ll be happy that you did!)

Also, make sure that you are really pushing your body UP on the toe touches. You want to extend the arm that is on the ground and push the bum up as high as you can.
