Session 2: Week 4 Challenge (Kicks)

For this week, we are going to practice your round kicks!


Hold onto the wall so you can practice pivoting your base foot.

Complete kicks for 30 seconds, then hold your leg extended for one minute.

Repeat other leg. Enjoy!
