Weekly Challenge – Burnout!

This challenge is a burnout, but try your best because its only 90 seconds!

Complete this challenge three times this week

(**try to beat your score each day!**)


Start with one jump squat and one pushup. Then complete 2 jump squats and 2 pushups. Continue adding a rep each time and see how high you can get in 90 seconds! Try to beat Jess (she made it to 7)
