Session 6: Challenge 5 (Cardio)

This challenge will be tough but you can do it!

Complete this challenge 3 times this week

Set your timer to beep every 10 seconds for 2 minutes.

Complete 1 burpee and 2 jump squats every time you hear the beep. Be quick!

You can modify to regular squats instead of jump squats if you need.
