The Fighter's Corner is your personal source for all things Foxy!

Check out our Hand-Wrap techniques (we know that it can be a little overwhelming the first few times, but practice makes perfect!).

The Challenge area has tons of at-home workouts that you can do between classes to stay fit and healthy. Each week your instructor will challenge you with a new routine, and we have some give-a ways for ladies who make time for them!
