Foxy Force classes are the ultimate in cross-training. We use body-weight resistance exercises combined with high intensity cardio training intervals to really push you to your limits. It is the perfect complement to your kickboxing class and it will help you get stronger, leaner, & faster. Think of this as the type of training a fighter would do outside of the ring. Registrants do not have to be in a kickboxing class to take this course, sign up for one or the other, or both!
